Chicago Hilton HotelThe hilton chicago hotel located centrally in Chicago's Loop area, has a beautiful lobby and public space. However, that is the fun stops and the pain starts. The Palmer is by far the worst Hilton I ever stayed in cheap hotels. The service is nowhere near the supposed 4 star rating of this hotel. What we have here is a 4 star hotel with 1 star service.
